- PARTICIPATION
- Entry into this programme is reserved for
Club OPI Members only
- ACCUMULATION OF POINTS
- Points are accrued at the rate one point to
one ringgit
- OPI may at its discretion, increase the rate
for selected transactions or activities
- Points are earned for purchases made at net
value
- DURATION AND LOSS OF POINTS
- Points accumulated are valid for up to 1 year
from date of membership
- Grace period of 3 months from card expiry
is allowed. Unclaimed points after the grace
period
will be forfeited
- Points may only be redeemed for the rewards
stipulated up to value of your current points
balance
- OPI reserved the right to cancel or suspend
points earned on accounts that are past due
- Points are not transferable and are not redeemable
or exchangeable for cash
- OPI reserves the right to suspend or exclude
members from participating in the programme
should the member in its opinion
breached any terms or conditions in the use
of the card and
shall not be liable for any such
action

WARRANTIES
- OPI gives no warranty (whether expressed or
implied) with respect to Rewards and Benefits

GENERAL
- OPI may at any time at its discretion suspend
or terminate the Club OPI Membership programme.
In accordance to this, you will be required
to redeem your points within 1 month from date
of termination. Not withstanding anything herein
to the contrary, OPI shall have absolute discretion
to determine and vary these terms and conditions
from time to time without prior reference to
its members the eligibility terms, criteria
and the programme. If at any time a member is
found to be disqualified from the programme
by OPI due to any reason whatsoever, all points
held in the member's name shall be disregarded
and forfeited with immediate effect and OPI
shall not be liable for any action
